Our Founder
Our founder and creator is Abdes Afras, who has the heart of a humanitarian while still being a thought leader in the tech industry. As a successful business leader with 25 years of experience in software and services, his passion for mental health action drives his passion for Wellavi. He is pioneering conversations around personal well-being in the workplace and is focused on breaking ground with programs that support social connection, resilience, and productivity.

Every user is provided with a True Self assessment when they create an account with us, which helps us identify the core traits and attributes that make you unique!
Once we uncover your results, you can identify areas to focus on that would benefit you. Then we suggest the best coaches aligned to those areas.
